Refund policy

In accordance with Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Return Process

  • Notice of Withdrawal: You must notify us in writing (via email) within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please contact our support team to receive return instructions.
  • Return Window: Safely pack and ship the returned items back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must be completely unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Skincare & Cosmetics: Due to health and hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and their original protective seal or packaging remains fully intact.
  • Value Depreciation: If a product has been used, or if its condition has deteriorated beyond what is strictly necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to apply a reduction to the refund value, up to the full purchase price, in accordance with EU legislation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Original Shipping Charges: If you return your entire order, the standard shipping fee paid at checkout (for orders under €100) will be refunded. If you retain part of your order, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • Under Finnish law, failing to collect a package from a Posti pickup point or parcel locker does not constitute a legal cancellation of your order.
  • If a shipment is returned to us unclaimed without prior written notice of withdrawal, we will deduct a processing and handling fee of €15 from your refund to cover the courier's return shipping charge and administrative costs.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly excluded from the 14-day right of return:

  • Engraved, personalized, or custom-made items.
  • Opened, unsealed, or used hygiene and cosmetic products.
  • Gift cards.

Defects, Damages & Claims

If your product arrives defective or was damaged during transit, please notify us immediately (and no later than the timeframe required by applicable EU law) with photographic documentation of the damage and packaging.

  • Remedy: Where a manufacturing defect or transport damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement item as the primary remedy. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Shipping Coverage: We will cover all return shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged items.
  • Warranties: Certain products may be subject to additional manufacturer-specific warranty terms, which will be honored accordingly.
