Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via Posti or an equivalent reliable logistics partner. We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within Finland.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Standard Delivery (Local Inventory): 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- Supplier-Direct Delivery: Certain products shipped directly from our European partners require longer transit times, typically 5–10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier peak seasons, cross-border transit, or supplier processing volumes.
Split Shipments
- Because we source items from multiple specialized suppliers to ensure quality, items in a single order may occasionally ship from different locations.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for split shipments.
Shipping Rates (Finland)
- Orders over €100: Complimentary standard shipping (to your nearest Posti pickup point/locker).
- Orders under €100: €10 flat-rate shipping fee.
Order Tracking
- Once your order (or part of it) has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Unclaimed Shipments
- If a shipment is unclaimed at the pickup point and automatically returned to us by the carrier, it does not constitute a standard product return.
- The customer remains responsible for the original shipping cost (if applicable), the actual return shipping fee charged by the carrier, and any administrative handling costs as defined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
